We’re into delayed gratification. If something is great, it’s worth waiting for and the manufacturing process for each of our items takes 6-8 weeks.

We’ll keep you fully updated along the way but when it drops on to your doorstep, you’ll suddenly be reminded of the unique, hand crafted, lovingly tailored piece of clothing that got you excited in the first place.

We use Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for UK and DHL for European and worldwide deliveries. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs of taxes, clearance or duties which can vary widely depending on each country so this must be paid for in addition by the customer.

Once the garment is made and ready to be shipped, we’ll notify you by email which will include the full tracking details.

Shipping Times & Prices:

We’ll aim to send our garments out to you as quickly as we can but as a guideline, once the item has been made, please work to these timings:

UK customers: Next working day — £10
EU customers: 1–3 working days — £25
Rest of World customers: 3–7 working days — £35

Taxes and duties vary widely depending on each country so we’re unable to advise on what these costs may be but you can contact your local customs office for information regarding current charges before you order.

Returns & Refunds

We’re committed to creating a more considered approach to luxury fashion by upholding the highest standards across manufacturing to ultimately deliver unique, personalised and memorable items of clothing that last. But if there’s any reason you’d like to return your garment, then we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Please contact us via email at contact@nasonlondon.com stating your name, order number and the date your order was placed. We will then provide you with the address to send the items to and a returns form which you can print at home, complete and place inside your parcel.

Please return the garment in unworn condition with all garment tags remaining attached and, if possible, in its original packaging.

When returning items to us, we advise you to use a tracked courier service that will insure the product for its full value in transit. We do not accept liability for items lost in transit.

For any returning items being sent to us from outside the UK please make sure that you mark the package as ‘CUSTOMER RETURN’ to avoid any import duties being deducted from your refund.

Once we have checked the garment hasn’t been worn we will make the refund payment within 14 days via the same method used to place the order.

Cancelling An Order

You may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day you placed your order. Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel items, you will be fully refunded within 14 days of notification being received via the same payment method used to place the order.
